President Obama talked on the phone with President Hu Jintao in order to persuade China to take care of North Korea more attentively so that the threat of war could be alleviated. However, President Obama’s request was not taken to action quickly. The long delay of China to response to United States request was the evidence that proved cold relationship between the United States and China. This was in fact trustworthy, since there were several minor conflicts between United States and China recently. China attacking google emerged “cyberwar,” and the human rights problem in China and the interference of United States for that problem, eventually made the relationship aggravate. For this reason, Amercan officials think the procrastination of China proved the negative relationship between China and United States. They predicted that Chinese officials are still discussing the request from the United States.
