"Financial Crisis Roiled Euro Zone in 2010"
Ireland and France have faced a number of strikes and protests this year as the citizens start feeling the consequences of high national debt. Is the EU here to help? The EU members worked together to pull Greece out of it's crisis, but there has been hesitation as more and more states request help. Portugal, Italy, and Spain are next in line and may be requesting EU bailouts soon. Though tentatively, the EU members are seem to be working together to stay above the water in this global recession. It looks like the unity that the EU has been so long working towards is coming together.
