The Cure for Breast Cancer Appears To Be Plausible

New breast cancer research produced the possibility of combining certain drugs in order to guide a patient into remission. At the annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Sympossium three trials were presented in which the combination of drugs gave a better chance of remission. With or without chemotherapy, the combination of drugs repeatedly shrank the size of the tumor in more than one case before surgery. One study included 455 patients conducted for almost two years, proved that a combination of Tykerb, Herceptin and the chemotherapy drug Taxol improved tumor reduction rates significantly more than any of the drugs alone. Could we be on the brink of finding a cure to breast cancer?
